Community members are advised that the second phase of the I-295 ramp & I-95 southbound over the Ten Mile River project has begun. The second phase includes a shift in traffic lanes on I-95 southbound in Attleboro and some overnight detours. While work is being conducted in Attleboro, just south of the North Attleboro Town line near Clifton Street, there may be some minimal impacts to drivers in the area.
