The Department of Public Works announces that the September Water and Sewer Quarterly Bills were mailed on December 17. Unfortunately, the September bills were sent out as bulk mail and were impacted by the holiday backlog, resulting in a three-week delay in delivery. As such, customers are now receiving their September bills with a due date of January 7, 2025. Please note that the Department of Public Works has extended the due date and that there are currently no fees or penalties on late payments.
A new printing vendor with more tracking abilities will mail the December Water and Sewer Quarterly Bills this week. The December bills will be due by February 19, 2025. If payments have been made since the December billing, they will be indicated in red under the Total Amount Due, as shown in the excerpt below, which also gives the current balance as of January 13, 2025. With the new print vendor, the Department of Public Works expects the March bills to go out on time and will be due in April.
