The Town of North Attleborough discharges stormwater into water bodies under a permit issued through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  The EPA has identified polluted stormwater, illicit connections and large land disturbances a significant source of pollution to the water bodies of the United States.   Under the Town's permit, we are required to regulate discharges into the Town's stormwater system to protect the natural resources of the Town.
