Community members are advised that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is currently conducting a cleanup of the former Webster Mill property. This project involves the removal of contaminated debris from the site. During this process, residents may observe heavy machinery and workers wearing protective clothing.
To ensure the health and safety of those in the area, the EPA is conducting air quality monitoring while the work is ongoing. At this time, there are no air quality concerns, and residents should not be alarmed. If you have any questions or need further information, please contact On-Scene Coordinator Cole Hastings at hastings.cole@epa.gov.
