On June 24 and 25th, the gas company will begin replacing gas lines in the Freeman Street area. The roadway will be detoured for through traffic on these days to allow for directional drill below the 10-Mile River. There will be short detours and delays. Please plan accordingly.
Liberty Utilities is also continuing with the South Washington Street gas line replacement project from Chestnut Street to Route 1. Service connection work will continue on South Washington Street through the end of June. These roadways will be milled and paved after the project is completed and the road trenches have had 3 months to settle.
