Due to ongoing roadwork, water service will be temporarily interrupted for homes located in the area of North Washington Street (Route 1) between Dairy Queen and the Plainville line. Homes and businesses on Summer, Parmenter, Bellevue, and Everett Streets may be affected as well.
This interruption is expected to last between 1 and 2 hours. Crews are working diligently to restore water service as quickly as possible.
Once the service has been restored, residents are advised to run their cold water for a few minutes to clear any discoloration that may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
