To efficiently respond to requests and manage the employment of off-duty police officers, The North Attleboro Police Department has partnered with Extra Duty Solutions to provide services related to hiring off-duty officers effective November 23, 2025.

You will have access to a full-service customer portal where you can submit job requests, track your job status, review invoices, make payments, and much more. You will also have access to our dedicated Extra Duty Solutions account team available 24/7/365 if you ever have a question or need assistance. 

Please note: If you already have an account with Extra Duty Solutions from hiring Fire or Police Personnel from another agency, please call the account team listed above prior to attempting to registering.  We will assist you with connecting your account to the new agency.

Rates:
Rates are inclusive of all fees, and are per officer, per hour:
*Fees included but are not limited to agency admin fees, scheduling fees, etc.

Here are some agency policies you need to be aware of:

• A four (4) hour minimum is required to schedule an officer, with any partial hours worked rounded up in 30-minute increments. 
• Jobs that last more than four (4) hours will be billed as eight (8) hours, and jobs exceeding eight (8) hours will be billed on an hourly basis. 
• Customers must provide at least one (1) hour notice to cancel a scheduled officer; if less than one-hour notice is given, the customer will be billed for the four (4) hour minimum.
• Vehicle fees are only applied to private jobs.
