The cost of a municipal lien certificate is $50.
Please include the following information with your request:
- Current assessed owner
- Address of the property
- Map and Parcel number
- Include a check for $50 payable to Town of North Attleborough
- A return self-addressed and postage paid envelope

Please allow 10 business days to generate a Municipal Lien Certificate.
