    Attach a copy of both sides of the contract if the terms are on the back. Contracts that are more than 3 years old will not be accepted. The contract must list the location and size of each trash and recycling container, and when and how often each container is serviced. Recycling container sizes and frequency of service must be comparable to the service the Town offers. The hauler must be licensed by the North Attleborough Health Department.
