The Town of North Attleboro's Information Technologies (IT) Department announces a planned internal infrastructure update that will affect most Town facility phone lines on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.
During this time, most Town facility phone lines will be unavailable for incoming and outgoing calls. However, public safety phone lines, including 911, will not be affected. Voicemail will still be available, and messages will be delivered once phone service is restored.
The following facilities will not be impacted by the phone outage:
- North Attleborough Public Safety
- North Attleborough Town Hall
- North Attleborough Electric Department
- North Attleborough Retirement Board
- North Attleborough Public Schools
