Community members are advised that the Richards Memorial Library will have a delayed opening to the public on Wednesday, October 9. The library will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2p.m. due to ongoing electrical work but is expected to reopen to the public at 2 p.m. Please note that the reopening time may change due to the ongoing construction. Any changes will be shared on social media.
