In 2023, the Town of North Attleborough hired Stantec, an engineering and design firm, to evaluate the Downtown area and recommend improvements that will make it more attractive for businesses and pedestrians, placemaking, and create a destination for more economic growth. The Town of North Attleborough and Stantec led an extensive public engagement process that included three public meetings, a month long concept plan mark-up station in the Town Hall lobby, and online survey. Various concepts were presented. The final draft of the Downtown Revitalization Plan is available to view online.
