Overview

The North Attleborough Licensing Board is responsible for administrative duties associated with all license applications and annual renewals of existing licenses issued as the Local Licensing Authority (LLA) in accordance with the Town By-Laws.

Apply for or manage licenses and permits through our Online Permitting and License Application Portal on Viewpoint/OpenGov.

• Auto Dealer Class I & Class ll
• Cannabis Dispensary License
• Farm Winery License to Sell at a Farmers Market & Agricultural Event
• Outdoor Dining Permit
• Coin-Operated Amusement Device License (including game and photo devices)
• Common Victualler's License (no alcohol)
• Entertainment Equipment License (including pool tables, pinball machines, and bowling alleys)
• Fortune Teller, Card and Palm Reading License
• Junk Dealer's License
• Live Entertainment License
• Lodging House License
• On Premises Alcoholic Beverage License - Section 12 & CV License
• Off Premises Alcoholic Beverage License - Section 15
• One Day Special Alcohol License - Chapter 138, Section 14
